Serving small & medium businesses across Orange County, CA

Our services

Three closely connected practices. Most clients use all three, because the team that monitors your systems is the same team that advises on them and sources what replaces them.

Service 01

Managed Services

Your IT department, without the payroll.

We take ongoing responsibility for the health of your systems ; the routine, unglamorous work that prevents most outages from ever happening. Rather than waiting for something to break, we monitor continuously, apply updates on a schedule, and watch the warning signs that precede a failure.

When your team does need help, they contact one place and reach someone who already knows your environment. No repeating the same background to a new technician every time.

Service 02

IT Consulting

Clear advice, given in plain language, before the money is spent.

Consulting is where we help you decide ; what to prioritise, what to replace, what to leave alone for another year. We assess what you have today, identify the risks and bottlenecks that matter to your operations, and lay out options with the trade-offs made explicit.

Our recommendations are not tied to a single manufacturer. If the right answer is to keep what you have and spend the budget elsewhere, that is what we will tell you.

Assessments Network design Cloud planning Technology roadmaps

Where consulting helps

  • Infrastructure and security assessments with a written findings report
  • Network architecture and structured cabling design for new or expanding offices
  • Office moves, build-outs and second-location planning
  • Server, storage and virtualisation planning
  • Cloud migration strategy ; what should move, what should stay, and why
  • Business continuity and disaster recovery planning
  • Multi-year technology roadmaps and budget forecasting
  • Software selection and licensing strategy
  • Vendor evaluation and independent second opinions
  • Project management for upgrades and migrations
Service 03

Hardware & Software Procurement

Advice first, part numbers second.

This is where we differ most from a typical reseller. Most suppliers wait for a model number and ship a box ; which is fine if you already know precisely what you need, and a problem the rest of the time. We start from the business need, described in ordinary language, and do the research ourselves.

Tell us what the work involves ; who uses the equipment, what software it has to run, what it needs to connect to, how long it should last ; and we compare the options on specification, compatibility, warranty terms, product lifecycle and total cost. You get a recommendation with the reasoning behind it, and alternatives if the budget needs to flex.

That research matters most for people who are not technical and should not have to be. And we finish the job properly: equipment arrives configured, we install it on-site, migrate the data, and train the employee who will use it.
