Serving small & medium businesses across Orange County, CA

About Tech Supply Solutions

A Fullerton-based IT firm built around a simple idea: small and medium businesses deserve the same standard of technology support that large companies build in-house.

Who we are

Practical IT, delivered by people you'll recognise

We are a small, deliberately focused team operating out of Fullerton, California, working with businesses across Orange County and the surrounding area.

Our work covers three things: keeping systems running through managed services, helping owners and managers make good technology decisions through consulting, and sourcing the right hardware and software instead of simply filling an order. Those three fit together on purpose. The person who advises you on a network upgrade is the person who will support that network afterwards, which tends to concentrate the mind.

We keep our client list intentionally limited. It means fewer accounts, more attention per account, and technicians who genuinely know your environment rather than reading it off a ticket for the first time.

Business-only focus Every process we have is built around commercial environments ; not consumer devices.
Vendor-neutral advice We are not locked into one manufacturer, so the recommendation follows the need.
Local and on-site Based in Fullerton, so when something needs hands on it, we can actually be there.
Plain language Explanations you can act on, whether or not you have a technical background.
Who we serve

Small and medium businesses ; exclusively

Our services are designed for organisations, and we do not take on residential or home-user work.

A good fit looks like

  • Roughly 5 to 150 staff using computers day to day
  • No internal IT team, or one person who is stretched thin
  • An office, workshop, clinic or warehouse in or near Orange County
  • A willingness to plan technology rather than only react to it
  • Professional services, trades, light manufacturing, healthcare, non-profit and retail operations

What we don't do

  • Home users and residential support
  • Personal devices unrelated to business operations
  • One-off consumer product sales
  • Work outside our service area, where we could not attend on-site

If you're a home user, we'd rather tell you plainly than take the work and serve you poorly ; our tooling, hours and processes are built for business environments.

How we begin

Why we meet in person before we start

We take on new clients only after an on-site meeting. Not as a hurdle ; as the part of the process that makes everything afterwards work.

Managed IT is a long-term working relationship. We become responsible for systems your business depends on, and your team has to be comfortable picking up the phone to us. That is difficult to establish from a web form and a phone quote. Visiting your location lets us see the environment as it actually is, understand how your people work, and identify the things that never make it into a written summary.

It also gives you the chance to size us up. You should know who would be walking through your door, how we think, and whether our approach suits the way you run your business. A partnership only delivers good results when both sides are confident it is the right match.

Occasionally that conversation ends with us concluding we are not the best fit ; a requirement outside our specialisms, a location we could not properly support, or a need better met elsewhere. When that happens we say so directly, and point you toward someone better suited. We would rather decline the work than under-serve it.

The process, step by step

Introductory call

Fifteen minutes on your business, your size, and what has prompted you to look.

On-site meeting

We come to you, walk the environment, meet the people, and talk openly about fit.

Assessment

A documented view of your current systems, risks and immediate priorities.

Proposal & agreement

A written scope covering what we will look after and how we will work together.

Onboarding

Monitoring, documentation and support channels put in place before day one.

How we work

Four commitments we hold ourselves to

Explain, don't mystify

Technical decisions get translated into business terms, every time, whether or not you ask.

Recommend what's right

Including when the right answer is to spend nothing and revisit it next year.

Finish the job

Delivery is not the end. Installation, configuration and training are part of the work.

Answer the phone

A real person who knows your setup, not a queue and a reference number.

Think we might be a match?

Start with a short call. If it sounds promising on both sides, we'll arrange to visit your office.
